About Us
Platinum Full Service Plumbing was founded in 1999 by Allen Bilderback and successfully operated until 2010. In 2010 Allen passed away and Platinum Full Service Plumbing unfortunately shut its doors. Fast Forward to 2019 – Platinum Full Service Plumbing re-opened its “doors” and now operates under Allen’s son Colton.
Meet Colton!
Colton Bilderback is a second generation plumber who has been in the industry 8+ years! He prides himself in following in his fathers footsteps as a successful owner of a plumbing company. With a background in new construction plumbing, service plumbing and sewer work, Colton has devoted most of his young adulthood to educating himself on business, management and of course plumbing. When he isn’t out in the field meeting customers, writing up estimates or ordering parts for upcoming jobs he enjoys spending time with his son Luka and daughter Macy, his wife Morgan and loves to sneak away and ride his dirt bike.

Local Plumbers
Joseph – Shop Manager
He is our amazing shop manager who oversees day to day installation projects. Joseph has a passion for outdoors, fishing and of course plumbing! Fun fact ; Colton and Joseph attended the same elementary school, a friendship that dates back to kindergarten!
Chris – Service Plumber
One of our most reputable service plumbers, known for his 5 star customer service and wide range of plumbing knowledge. Chris enjoys restoring cars in his freetime and spending time with his grandkids!
Fofo – Lead New Construction Plumber
“Fo” is our new construction lead plumber who has extensive plumbing code knowledge and is known for his high end quality work. Fo enjoys relaxing and spending time with family when he isn’t out in the field plumbing.
Arturo – Apprentice
One of our most dedicated plumbing apprentices. He has a passion for plumbing and is known for his ability to always unclog a drain! Arturo enjoys spending his free time detailing cars and spending time with friends and family.
Brandon – Install Lead
One of our incredible lead plumbing installers. He has a background in business, shares a passion for plumbing and enjoys learning both the business and trade aspect of plumbing. Brandon enjoys spending his days off with his wife Alina and son Kaycen.
